• Where is the store based?

  Lakewood, OH

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!
  However, due to size/international fees, some items may be limited to US-only. I do apologise for this, despite it being out of my control.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Help! I accidentally damaged something! How do I fix it?

  It happens, its OK! I do it all the time.
  Heres are a few simple fixes I've used before:

  chipped clay - a dab of E6000 glue (use a toothpick if the damage is small) and let dry overnight. Glue becomes rubbery when dry, so you can pick off any leakage at this point. optional: re-coat the crack with varathane water based polyurethane once dry. These come in 1/2 pints for $8 and are useful for all sorts of clay products.

  ripped seam - all soft doll bodies are sewn using upholstery-grade thread, tie off the loose end as best you can and sew up the hole (you can use an old toothbrush to comb out any faux fur that gets stuck in the thread)
